Who We Are

Sarah Randall, MS

Practicum Student

“…supporting clients in navigating their unique journeys.”

I am a practicum student working towards my Master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology at Eastern Michigan University. As I enter the final phase of my training, I am gaining invaluable hands-on experience under the guidance of a seasoned clinician. I am excited to be part of the team at Bluetree Behavioral Health, training under Dr. Maria Jones and contributing to a compassionate and supportive environment.

I am passionate about working with neurodivergent populations, particularly children and teens with autism and learning differences. My background includes a Master’s in Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience, providing me with a solid foundation in behavioral analysis, cognitive assessment, and evidence-based treatment. My professional journey has equipped me with diverse skills through my roles as a Registered Behavioral Technician, where I implemented play-based, child-led behavioral therapy and personalized treatment plans.

I pride myself on being an advocate for those I work with, always striving to highlight their strengths and encourage meaningful growth. My work extends beyond the clinic as I have been actively involved with the Children’s Dyslexia Center of Southeastern Michigan, supporting individuals with learning disabilities through community engagement and advocacy.

Outside of my professional life, I coach a high school color guard, which allows me to blend my passion for music, performance, and mentorship. I also enjoy spending time in my garden and caring for my house plants, finding peace in nurturing living things. I play cornet in a local brass band, enjoying the camaraderie and creative expression that comes with making music. When I’m not busy with work, school, or hobbies, I love hanging out with my two cats, who keep life fun and full of surprises.

I look forward to bringing my passion and dedication to Bluetree Behavioral Health, and supporting clients in navigating their unique journeys.

Maria Jones, PhD provides clinical supervision for Sarah.
